Minimum Order

• Australia: AUD $300
• New Zealand: NZD $300

Dispatch & Delivery

• Australia: Dispatch within 2–3 business days; estimated delivery 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• New Zealand: Dispatch within 2–3 business days; estimated delivery 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside Greenwood Leather’s control.

Freight

• Australia: Freight charged at the actual shipping cost.
• New Zealand: Freight charged at 10% of the goods value of the order.

There is no free-freight threshold for wholesale orders.

Shortages, Incorrect Goods & Transit Damage

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Any shortage, incorrect item, incorrect quantity or visible transit damage should be reported to Greenwood Leather within 7 days of delivery, together with the order/invoice number, affected SKU and photographs where relevant.

Returns

Wholesale change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted unless Greenwood Leather agrees in writing.

All returns require prior approval before goods are sent back.

Manufacturing Warranty

Greenwood Leather provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Approved claims may be resolved by repair, replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.

The warranty does not normally cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper care
• Unauthorised repairs or alterations
• Natural variations in genuine leather

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian or New Zealand law.
